Upper Blepharoplasty
An upper blepharoplasty is designed to reduce excess skin, muscle and fat of the upper eyelids to achieve a more open-eyed appearance. While some may consider this procedure for cosmetic reasons, others require the surgery if their skin is impairing their vision.
Lower Blepharoplasty
The lower blepharoplasty involves an incision just below the lower eyelashes and readjusting the support structures of the lower eyelid. Very little skin is resected.
